Smoothie of the week: The Wellness Warrior Smoothie
RECIPE:
A handful of kale leaves (removed from stalk)
A handful of Cos lettuce
1/2 cucumber
1 frozen banana
1 cup C Coconut water
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp maca
1 tsp hemp seeds
Blend and serve for a healthy hit of pure goodness.
