Can’t seem to find the right exercise to tone your thighs and hips? This week Woman’s Day magazine features my move of the week, ‘The Clam’ that targets these key areas women seem to always hate.
I do this exercise three times a week along with high intensity cardio on the alternate days twice a week. My favourite high intensity cardio workout is hill running for 30 minutes. Both of these exercises are a great combo for toning the legs and burning fat.
Tip: Remember to follow a healthy diet of proteins, vegetables, grains and fruits which will give you the energy to exercise more efficiently.
