Did you join us at first ever Nike N+TC Syd Tour event at Carriageworks?
It was an awesome day of workout challenges, including high intensity training and studio workouts, facilitated by Nike’s best trainers (Marie Purvis, Kirsty Godso, Bec Wilcock and Phoebe Di Tomasso) and a true test of fitness and endurance for everyone there. There was even a brilliant performance by DJ Havannah Brown to end to wrap up the long day. It was certainly a sweat-fest (of the best kind), but totally prepared for the marathon after having using the N+TC app in the months before our training. In fact, the event may be over, but we’re still using the awesome Nike+ Training Club App. Here are some of its uses, just to jog your memory:
You can stay motivated and inspire others with the Nike Sport Feed which allows women to connect and engage with friends as well as the rest of the Nike+ Training Club community through sharing photos and workouts.
- You can share images to your social media accounts through this app and even try sporty sisters’ workouts yourself, or organise a group workout with local Nike+ users, allowing you to share your images to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- You can try the amazing new high intensity Tabata Toned workout which features six of the world’s best female athletes, showing how they tackle the most intense workouts including W-League and Matilda’s soccer player, Kayah Simon.
On top of all that, the N+TC app also includes lots of awesome workouts, designed by Nike master trainers and elite athletes and is free to download from iTunes and Google Play.
So, yes the N+TC Sydney tour is unfortunately over until next year, but that gives you all plenty of time to get down and train harder with the N+TC app until then! The fun just goes on and on…
