Fashion doesn’t have to be all greys and blacks in winter. Instead, try my simple tip of adding a pop of fluoro to your active ensemble. Not only will you stand out among others working out in all black, but wearing a pop of colour can actually lift your mood. Plus, pairing a bright statement piece with a hoodie or tights in classic grey or black means the look is way more wearable than head-to-toe fluoro. Not sure what colour to wear? Yellow is always a great option as it represents energy, happiness and summer. Trust me, you’ll feel more motivated to workout in yellow.
