Hi guys! Welcome to my second video. I’m super excited to let you know Flow Athletic Yoga Director Kate Kendall and I will now be bringing you two yoga videos each week through my Youtube channel and my blog. Luckily, our videos will be short and sweet and based around our favourite yoga poses. In this video, Kate and I go through the steps of how to do ’The Wild Thing’ pose. With plenty of focus, warm muscles, balance and the right breathing you can view the world upside down while stretching your chest and shoulders.
