A blueberry smoothie – It’s my ultimate breakfast indulgence, and yes I just can’t start the day without it. Filled with protein and antioxidants, I find this is what keeps me going all day long. Bianca’s Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 x raw egg (Protein)
- 1 x tsp of Body Science Immureds Vegan Antioxidant (Acai, Macqui and pomegranate)
- 1 x half a cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 x half cup of Liddells lactose free milk, you can also switch this with coconut water for an even healthier option.
- 1 x teaspoon of Chia Seeds
- 1 x teaspoon of honey if you like a sweet smoothie
